Live Lobby · version 2026-10-03
Acceptable Use Policy
This policy says what is not allowed on Live Lobby. It applies to everyone: account holders, moderators, guests and viewers who interact with a desk. Breaking it can mean removal from a show, a ban from the platform, loss of your account without refund, and, where a law is broken, a report to the police with the recording and the records.
Never allowed
- Threats of violence against any person or group, including threats to kill, injure, or harm, whether serious or "just a joke"; incitement or glorification of violence; and terrorism or its support.
- Sexual exploitation of minors in any form - content, discussion or solicitation. We report this to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as federal law requires, and to law enforcement.
- Human trafficking, sex trafficking, and the buying or selling of sexual services, including advertising, recruiting, arranging or facilitating them.
- Harassment, stalking, and abuse: targeting a person with insults, slurs, unwanted sexual attention, or coordinated pile-ons; encouraging others to do so; contacting someone who has asked you to stop.
- Doxxing: publishing or threatening to publish someone's private information - home address, phone number, workplace, financial information, identity documents - without their consent.
- Hateful conduct: attacking people because of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or serious illness.
- Illegal activity of any kind, including fraud, sale of illegal goods, and intellectual property infringement.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, and sexual content of any kind involving a person who has not agreed to appear.
- Appearing under 18, or bringing on a guest under 18.
- Recording or broadcasting a person who has not consented - the Service asks every guest; you may not bypass that or misrepresent it.
- Impersonation of a person, a company, or Live Lobby, and deceptive or fraudulent schemes.
- Interference with the Service: probing, scanning, attacking, scraping, evading bans, sharing credentials, or using the Service to attack anyone else.
What we do
- Anyone can report: from a desk, or by email to abuse@livelobby.io. Say which desk, when, and what happened; the recording is found from that.
- We review reports, preserve the recording and the records of the show under a legal hold where warranted, and act: removal, suspension, ban, account closure.
- Credible threats to a person's safety, child sexual abuse material, and trafficking are referred to law enforcement, with the recording, the audit trail, the consent records and the account information, without notice to the person reported.
- Desk owners are responsible for their guests and crew. A desk that repeatedly hosts this conduct is closed.
