Desktop Edition Licence Agreement

This Licence Agreement is between you and Simplified Security Solutions LLC for the Live Lobby desktop edition (the "Software"). By installing or using it, or by accepting in the app, you agree. It is in addition to the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy, which apply to everything you do with the Software.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and run the Software on computers you control, for the purpose of running your shows with a valid Live Lobby account and subscription that includes the desktop edition. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. What you may not do

• Copy it except for backup, sell it, rent it, sublicense it, or give it to others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where the law forbids us from stopping you.
• Remove or alter its notices, or use our name or marks except to say you use the Software.
• Use it to break the Acceptable Use Policy, or to record people who have not agreed.

3. What the Software does on your computer

• It runs a desk on your computer, on your own bandwidth. Guests connect to your computer through a tunnel the Software opens for you, or through Live Lobby's media servers if you choose them.
• It checks in with Live Lobby about once an hour to confirm your subscription, and fetches your Twitch connection from your account.
• It writes logs to its data folder. It sends them to us only when you press Send logs; nothing is sent on its own.
• It does not record your shows on your computer. Recording, where it happens, is on Live Lobby media servers as the Terms describe.

4. Updates and support

We may release updates; some may be required to keep working with the Service. Support is by email to support@livelobby.io during our business hours; we do not promise a response time.

5. Term

This licence lasts while your subscription includes the desktop edition and you comply with it. It ends automatically if either stops; then you must stop using the Software and remove it.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. The disclaimers and limits of liability in the Terms of Service apply to the Software as if written here.

7. Governing law

The laws of the State of Georgia govern this agreement, and disputes are resolved as the Terms of Service say. Version 2026-10-03.
